Questions / problem with login

imperia doesnt allow me to enter all day in even when i change password through password recovery
and through link in my email...it says

Pogrešno korisničko ime ili šifra!
or in english wrong user name or password

and theres no way thats wrong so dont send me answers about caps lock....whats happening?
