OK you can select it again.
It looks like you cannot select it and cannot make buy orders if no resources are offered.
I think you should be able to make buy order anyway.

On buy resources - when you select tier1 resources there is no copper ore in drop down list. You cannot buy it or set buy order.

Today (21.1.) about 21:00 (central european time) game informed me that i bought 1 diamond at diamond market for 22000 gold.
Problem is i didn't have any offers in diamond market.
I really got diamond and did not lose any money.
Same thing happened on 19.1. around 23:00 - 24:00 (CE time).
I looks like i am getting diamonds somebody else paid for.
I use same name in game.
