Questions / crafting tier2

so i have done the crafting for tier1 armor smith and have opened the teir2. but i can go to 200 pionts in tier1 now. but i cant make anything in tier2 and that ones goes to 300 pionts.

so i guess my question is do i have to buy recipes for making tier2 armor. or do i have to max out my tier1 armorsmith first?

as the post says i am looking for an active guild that helps eachother out and is very active. guild must speak english 2.

i'm a lvl 13 soon to be 14 ranger. i am a tier 2 tanner and a tier 1 armor smith. if i can be a use to your guild give me a shout here or send me a shout in the game.

i was skinning an animal in Farolin Grounds at the Silver Stables and it said i got attacked well it was just me and one of my mercs waiting to skin an animal and who ever attacked me killed me and my 2 mercs. and the other merc i wasn't even using to battle.  so we can get attacked while we are skinning animals?

ok i have been trying to do this for awhile now. it says that there is only 3 villians to fight well i get 3-5 villians at a time for each battle. how do you go about beating the mission?
is it cause i do not have a high enough character. cause i have 2 mercs with me 1 is a lvl 18 ranger and the otheris a lvl 11 warrior and i am a lvl 13 ranger.

if anybody can give me a heads up to beat this mission then i would appreciate it alot.
