Bugs / Healing at Marina Health bug

I am confused that I can only heal my level 2 merc, but not my level 3 mercs at Marina Health in Far Coast Village, which is a Tier 3 province.  I thought you healed level 2 mercs in Tier 2 provinces and level 3 mercs in Tier 3 provinces.

Questions / To Bank or Not To Bank?

I would like to see the pros and cons about using the bank.  I know that the money does not earn interest and once there, it cannot be taken from you.  I would like to see both sides of the issue.

If you can llok at the Tavern Quest in Farolin, you can see that both quests that are show show MAKE 10 of   (for the first one) and MAKE 6 of   ( for the second quest).  This is what appeas below.

I have received similar messages such as this in Haroda, Farolin, and Sonoria.  I accepted one tavern quest ot create 8 copper daggers.  After completing 3 of 8, the item to complete disappeared, but I kept track of the item since it was the only one I was creating at the time.  I have avoided accepting crafting tasks ever since.  Big mistake since I now have to collect 160+ Oak Wood in Sonoria Woods.  Oh well, live and play and learn.

Whenever I complete a quest or storyline and get the next one available, I keep getting MAKE 7 (or any number) of.  The rest of it is blank so I have not been choosing this quest.  I copied and pasted what I just received in Farolin tavern.

Bugs / Sonoria Woods collecting bug

The resources to be collected are not appearing in Sonoria Woods.  I went in to pick Oak Wood and it did not appear nor the Ash Wood for me to pick one of them.

Just when I went to use him, all the equipment I furnished was gone.  He was a level 9 before I upgraded him to a Tier 2, but when I noticed him, he was a leverl 29 and armed only with a dagger.  When I tried to reoutfit him a message box appeared stating that it could not be completed due to being in use by another.  I do not know what happened or why and was hoping to get some insight as to why and how someone pinched my mercenary.  Also, how to stop it from happening again.

I had a mercenary that I just upgrade.  When I travel to another province and I noticed that he was in use by another.  Does anyone know what happened.  My mercenary went from a level 9 to level 29.
