Bugs / lost items

it was great to have premium access during christmas holidays,
but after the finish of the free premium period,
all items in the extra backpacks (#2 and #3) have vanished.
they are not in the house, not in the cache - just gone
Perhaps a bug in the transition from premium to non-Premium account?
