Mechanics / travel time

Hi, I would like to know why is the indicated time for traveling between province and the actual needed time are different. Example : traveling from Hope to the capital, it tell me it will take around 4 minute but, when I actually travel, it take around 9 minute.

Hi, is there any way that I can get my diamonds moved to my Imperia Online account? I don't like that game, I prefer Imperia Online.
