If I set my guards to stop all looting, my own guild members, cannot attack anyone.
beside that, in my own province, our members are instructed not to loot other players... (in-case I change status of guards to guard guild members only)

Once more, this is a game, and each guild can choose the way they want to play within their own territory :)

no... I wish.. but far from that :), there is always a place to improve... but I try to keep all my mercs with avg damage of 800 (before critical) and agi & dex around the 500-600+
