To learn dual wield u must learn all weapon masteries at level 7. Its written there...

What do you mean its written there?  Where are these rules written?  I need to find them!

I have a quest to craft 6 armor.  Only 5 will fit in my inventory and I cannot complete the quest.  How do I fix this so I can complete the quest?
