It is not a bug.Now all player can buy 24 AP

But Non-premium players can collect only 12 AP.

What type of merc? If he is ranger he can equip only daggers.

Its true I can equip him with two daggers. But why only with daggers, when it says
This skill grants the hero the ability to use weapons in both hands. To learn this skill you must learn all your weapon masteries at level 7.
No two-handed weapons allowed.

Buy 24 Action Points for 20 Diamonds

A think if price is cheaper (1 for 10, or 2 for 20) I might buy somethime.

When I want to by some resources in the market, on the "general list" I can see a lot of offers for some resource, but when I click on that resource (crafted wood) it doesn't show me all the offers from all the players.
Previously it wasn't like that (I think).

Few day ago I open 4/11 step in Esquire of Farolin  story, but at hat point I couldn't finish. 

Task: Dispose of the Leader of Red Hand.

Reward:
Gold : 800
Diamonds : 20
Experience : 800

And yesterday when I cam back to finish that step the DIAMONDS were missing
