How can he have larger minimum damage? The harder he hits the less it hurts? Makes a difference to critical hits @ 3x maximum damage!

Questions / Compensation for "maintenance"

I have 4 characters in the game. Each of them has items in cache that need to be cleared (sold or moved to home) EVERY day. Not being able to access the game for 2 days means I have lost set pieces and epic items because of the cache time limit. I lost a full longbowman's set, 3 pieces of a phalanx set, and a number of epic items. I am sure lots of others are in the same predicament.
Millions of gold spent (raised via selling diamond) to purchase these items. Is there any chance of getting these items back? Will there be any compensation for this?

Tier 4 / WTB - Longbowmans Set

My other character Fuktifino has entered tier 4 without being able to gather the complete Longbowman's set. Will pay for whole set or a good armor.

Bugs / Cannot sell a set!

I have 2 "Seal of the Snake" sets to sell. The auction sale screen will not allow me to select 2 maces, therefore the set is incomplete! This is really frustrating.
See the screen shot below and notice that only 1 out of 4 maces is selected. When I attempt to select another mace the first selection disappears. This problem is occurring with my main character, Blind_Antelope.

Bugs / No experience or kills awarded

I just got to level 30 with my character "Fuktifino". I accepted all the quests and then went to Dark Tree province to start the process. I fought 5 battles there but noticed that my kill count and my experience were not increasing. Below are a screen shot of my profile showing the 5 battles at "Wood Nymphs" followed by a shot of my quest book opened at the appropriate page. **Note the time in the lower right corner of the screen shot to show that the shots were taken in the correct sequence.**
This looks like a bug. My hero did not gain any kills or experience for the 5 fights in the list.

Bugs / Facebook Level bonus

I always accept the double payment bonus for connecting to facebook with every level upgrade of all my characters. I noticed that it doesn't seem to be working properly. I didn't want to trust my eyes or my (really good) maths skills, so i took a screenshot of one of my characters before clicking the facebook button
and then after waiting the 60 seconds and connecting to my facebook account this is what occurred
Is this going to be fixed? If not please let us know so we don't waste the time trying to make it happen. Do not tell us that it will be fix with the next 2.0 upgrade. That was supposed to happen months ago and we are still waiting, but we are still here!

Bugs / Equipping guards

Character reporting bug is NoEyedDeer on realm 3.
I am a leader of a guild. We are currently advancing towards tier 4 and wish to take an outpost and eventually a castle in a tier 4 red zone. To this end we have started gathering a guard group and have them in a tier 4 province in our outpost there. When I attempt to equip the guards the equipment will not stay on them. I place the equipment as seen in the next picture
Then i move to the next guard to outfit them and this is what happens
The gear I put on the first guard is back in the stash and now I cannot move more gear to the stash to finish the equipping process. I have spent literally millions gathering equipment and guards and now they are useless if i cannot equip them.
The equipment matches the guards for level and type. I obviously have access to this as the leader of the guild. I have also 1 skill point in mercenary guard captain. What is wrong here? In less than 24 hours I will start losing the equipment I have bought because I have nowhere to store it and the 168 hours runs out in my cache. Help, quickly!

Suggestions / Game clock

So we all know when the weekend starts or when any action might occur or so we can say when we will be online next, it would help to have a game clock at server time somewhere visible. It is obvious that the game has a built in clock somewhere, because all the messages are time stamped and there is a countdown for attacks and for the auction. Why can't a small clock be shown, perhaps in the blank space between the hanging sign and the game picture.

Questions / Tier 4 Gem finding chances

I have just reached tier 4 to find that all the gems I have collected for the previous tiers are now worthless to me for crafting at this tier. Wish I knew that before I spent all that time and AP to go digging for them. 
Now I look around the tier 4 provinces and find that ALL the digging sites have only a RARE chance of finding anything.WTF? Is this the case for all professions in this tier? Now I have to spend ALL my AP for a day to find a couple of gems? or do i have to spend all my money on buying the raw gems so I can increase my CP to advance to the next tier?
This just does not seem right.
Can someone explain the developer's reasoning behind this to me please?

Bugs / Recipes in craft shops

In the town craft shops I keep getting told that the recipes are for a higher tier than my crafting tier. I am in Tier 4 and crafting for Tier 4 yet I get this message at all imperial shops. If I go into the auction or to provinces with multi level shops I get told if I have already learned the recipe or not. This is rather annoying.

If you go to the shops in Falar town, be prepared to be looted by the owners before they tax you when you buy anything there.
Beware, the owners of this province (Signature) are ruthless and don't want you to shop in their stores. Just to go there to be looted by their members!
Just to clarify, my main character is in nano guild which is at war with signature so he expects to be attacked there. My second character is NoEyedDeer, who is a member of (and Leader of) Happy_Cats guild, and went to Falar for the shopping experience advertised in the market forum. Before he got to spend any money in the shops he was looted by a Signature member so left and went shopping elsewhere. Thanks Signature for the wonderful shop you have! NOT!
