Rather than saying whether the item works for your class or not, why not state exactly which class the item is made for?

Bugs / Item can't be used by anyone

I just bought a shield off the market. The item won't stick to my character (ranger), my mystic merc or my warrior merc. All three classes and the shield won't stick. The shield is tier 2, and so are all of my characters. Is this a bug or a feature?
I sure hope this is a bug because I'm feeling ripped off right now....

Bugs / Level 0 items

When I bought these hides, they were lvl 1, now they are either lvl 0 or have no lvl at all. Obviously a bug...
They function like lvl 1 hides, they stack like lvl 1 hides, but are not labeled as lvl 1.

Bugs / Item not bound to anyone anymore?

I had a bunch of equipment on a merc, then removed the items, dismissed the merc and hired a new one. I want to put the equipment on the new merc (same class) but cannot. The image below shows that the item WAS bound, but now is bound to...nobody? I should be able to use this item on the new merc.
The image shows that the item is soulbound to nobody.
I know that items become soulbound to mercs, but the developers should at least let us move items to and from mercs as we wish. You don't want our main fighter using the items, fine, but at least let us carry items from one merc to another. Its a real scam if our mercs can't develop (increase in their tier) AND their equipment can't be shared amongst the next merc (which we inevitably need to hire because the current merc won't upgrade).

Bugs / Merc not healing

My merc has run out of health from battles, but is not recovering with its hourly regeneration of 19/hr. After 7 hours without any activity, his health is still 0.
This can't be normal....
