How rename Merc? Them at me three: Merc, Merc, Merc 

I have two Mercs with "Defence stance".
In battle, why I can put an point "Defence stance" only to one of them? If I put an point "Defence stance" to the second - point disappears at the first.

If I hire Merc 19 level tier2, and later Merc receive experience and get 20 level, it should be healed as tier2 or tier3???

I set "Crafting Time Multiplier: 8x"
and see: "Chance to make: Rare 11.00 %" and start crafting...
but if I exit from the game and later time login
and click "Crafting"
then I see: "Chance to make: Rare 8.00 %"
