Bugs / Recipe or Item: Opal Round Shield Recipe

My warrior can't use this item (not his class) and it is called a recipe. Is that a bug?

Aren't warriors supposed to be able to equip any armour, unless they lack strength or tier?

The shield is crafted by someone so it can't be a recipe.

I spent around 2400 gold on it. It'd be nice if it started functioning properly soon!

Right now, it does nothing and devours 6 backpack spaces so I tossed it into the guild stash, hope my boss won't tax me.

Pleas get it fixed! Recipe or not?

There are some equipment studded with a gem or two like: Sapphire sword of Power, Emerald Composite Bow, Agate Bronze Chainmail shirt.

So, heres the thing I don't get...

Are these items item(after being crafted)+gem or a seperate recipe from normal ones?

I've seen tier 2 users making these so I assume that it can be bought in tier 2 provinces, and out of all of them Falloni Grounds is the only one I haven't been to.
So...

Can you buy gemmed item recipes in Falloni Grounds?

Is there a way to you get your hands on sapphire and ruby except kill-loot and market?

There are some equipment studded with a gem or two like: Sapphire sword of Power, Emerald Composite Bow, Agate Bronze Chainmail shirt.

Why herbal knowledge? Isn't it better to make good use of the spirits that never hit bottom with 1 lvl poison so that the spirit at least DOES something?
