Questions / Re: Tier 4 Gem finding chances
« on: February 19, 2012, 03:24:54 PM »
Discussions around the secondary professions tended to reach the level of epicness around here some time ago. Fact is though, the most usable a material is, the more easy it is to be found, and the cheaper it is. Crassus's example is proof enough.

I am between Silent Hunter III & Hearts of Iron II.
What do you suggest?

Down to the heavy ones again, eh?
You're gonna burn anyway, so make it an epic one. BOTH! :P

Tip: You didn't want new pc for this... You wanted it for Skyrim...

Actually, I wanted it for GuildWars 2. :P Skyrim still sounds like a good idea until the MMO is out.

any idea why the chicken crossed the road?

There were Signature on the other side that he wanted to loot? *hihi*

My latest 3 achievements...

With the help of Master Yada, the Tetris Theme. As Master observed, this theme needs semitones (I hope they are called this way in english - the black keys on the piano), so it sound a bit wierd on the second half.

Valve's "Still Alive" intro, the closing song of Portal by GLADoS. Tribute to a friend. It's small, but might get bigger in the future.

And last, and most important, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARK EREBOS!!! :D

Well, it's been some time since the troll called DMDM was active in this forum, but what he said here is actually true. It is also 1,5 years old. :P

Sooo, today I found out Google has made a doodle that allows us to play around with a basic guitar.

At first, I was like a little child messing around with a new toy.
Then, I started experimenting with simple tunes...
Well, 30 minutes later, I got this. My timing needs work and it's still only the intro...

I'm waiting to listen to yours guys. :)

Can you see these features in their profiles? Do they have the same problem while viewing any other profile?

If both answers are yes, they've got a local problem. Since they tried many browsers, it's probably not a cache problem (although hitting Ctrl + F5 while ingame never hurt anyone). I'd advice they uninstall their flash player and reinstall it from here. If any of the answers is no, please tell so we can try to get someone to look into it.

Bugs / Re: not receiving crafting points
« on: January 31, 2012, 01:48:55 AM »
Thanks for providing this information. It seems your character is still at Tier 2 (17 level). You'll have to advance to level 20 to enter Tier 3. When you're there, you will be able to register any tier 3 recipe you'd wish.

Just for your information, as Crassus said, to raise a skill further than 100 points, crafting points are granded only after creating the best quality you can make at a given point. That is:

100-200: Exceptional (Grey)
200-300: Rare (Blue)
300-400: Legendary (Yellow)
400-500: Epic (Purple)

I am crafting copper and twice I tried to get the 15 points I need to max out and both times I received 0 points.  Also I am tier 3 and cannot get a single crafting scroll.

Cooper is Tier 1 Mining. If you're trying to raise your Tier 2 Mining with it, it won't happen. You need to craft Tier 2 recipes. Try Bronze.

If that doesn't help, there's something wrong with the details. Please provide additional information such as:

1) Your Tier 1 Mining Crafting Points.
2) Your Tier 2 Mining Crafting Poings.
3) Your Character Level
4) Your Tier 1 Primary Profession (Weaponsmith, Armorsmith or Jewelcrafting) Crafting Points
5) Your Tier 2 Primary Profession (Weaponsmith, Armorsmith or Jewelcrafting) Crafting Points

With these, we'll be able to assist you further.

EDIT: Now that I see more carefully, you said you tried to use some recipes that failed to register. Recipes are used in Primary Professions. Ore smelting is Secondary Profession. To raise your Primary Profession, you have to craft a recipe in your primary profession, of the appropriate tier. If this doesn't help, make sure to include (4) and (5) of the additional information.

Tier 2 / WTB - Fanatic's Arms - Realm 3
« on: January 24, 2012, 08:14:37 PM »
Ok, after quite some time, I'm back, and since Crassus... migrated to Realm 3, I couldn't stay back, could I? *hihi*

So, I'm in Tier 2 now, playing a Mage (name: Ademius), and I'm trying to complete Fanatic's Robes. I'm short of the gloves (Fanatic's Arms).
I'm paying up to 75k gold for them, depending on the given stats (hell, if it's a piece that gives both Agility and Intelligence, I might as well pay 100k...).

Feel free to post any offers here or ingame to Ademius, Realm 3.

LOCKED: Purchace complete.

Test, test... Cuorion repeat the 5 first directives!

Ehm... Let's see...

1) A cyborg may not injure his creator or, through inaction, allow his creator to come to harm.
2) A cyborg must obey the orders given to it by his creator, except where such orders would conflict with the First Directive.
3) A cyborg must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Directives.
4) A cyborg must refrain from solving Captcha*, since it's supposed to be able to "tell computers and humans apart".
5) A cyborg must have no interference with the internal development of inferior technologies.

*Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart

P.S.: Hello everyone, wazzup? :D
