Forum subsections

Although some forum sections are not among the most active ones, I think splitting them into subsections won't do any harm to the forum. E.g,the Market section can be divided into Tier 1, Tier 2, ..., Tier 6 subsections. It is not a really original idea  , but I find it helpful enough to be suggested and applied in the international forum (well, maybe only for the most active forums initially).

I took the liberty to arrange most of the topics to the appropriate tier, edited juanchote's pinned topic to a more appropriate version for the new market and edited the existing topics accordingly (names-wisely). I hope you like it.
