extras after 100 CP

as a stonecutter can i ask why is that: in tier 2 i can make the same gems as in tier1+sapphire? or there is some difference between the ex. agate gem made in tier1 and tier2?? and what bonus i have after 200 CP?

Because the attribute stones have lower gathering chances compared to the other materials and because there are jewels that are made with the same stones in all crafting tiers.
Processing gemstones, however, grants less CP in the consecutive Crafting Tiers.

well an other question:), gathering gems is effected anyway by the the drop rate from the jewelry ???

No, gathering resource should NOT be affected by that - increased item drop should work only on items you get in battle.
