how can I heal my mercenary,because his dead .... at the healt building they dont let me  to heal him ... please help me ! :)

You have to take him to a healer that is the same tier as the mercenary. Keep in mind that many times healers are not the same tier as the province they are in.

one of my mercenary is rang 3 he can`t be healed

Take him to a Tier 3 Healer. Great Winds Province and Barren Rocks have one.
