It does... and it doesnt. If the item binding did not exist - there would no point to craft nice items So maybe you'll try that and see that indeed its necessary in a game where so many items drop

Where do you found many items? wich mob do you attack to find items?, the only thing i found from mobs are hides and i gess it is coz of my profesion... also where do you guys found most of the money coz 90% of the attacks i do give me very little money...

you found only hides cause you fight with animals. if you fight with humanoids then you find other items, and money - Poliban found over 2600 in one battle
