Craft items for quest

Where can i found this???

Sapphire Heavy Bronze Scale Shirt and Emerald Heavy Cape

In 2 provinces Tier2 the quest where about to craft X amount of those... i'm a tier2 armormisth/tanner but i never saw those names of items.. are special recipies caled like that or it's a combination of resourses i can craft that give's me those items?... bottom line, how or where i can find those?

those are items from higher tier and you cant make them now.

Actually those are tier 2 items, but they require special recipes. There are rare recipes which allow you to craft items which have a bonus and require precious stones as well as resources such as bronze or leather...Such recipes you can get only as a loot from fighting monsters or buy them in auction if someone sells it, so if you dont have the recipes you cant unfortunately complete the quest.
