Mystic Mercenary question

Hi, just one question. Do Mystic Mercenaries have "Heal" to use for parties? (And if so what tear)

And I remember well I can't upgrade their skills as I want, it's automatic, right?

yes they have, it's a bit hard to find, but mercenaries with heal exist
