paying by SMS and get 0 diamonds

Hi, why is not possible to buy diamonds with SMS code. Some players get this code, and pay that 5-10 euro. After they put cod for activation, diamonds do not come into account, they get 0 diamonds. What happened?? this players are not from Latin America and not play in that continent!!!   .

Something more....Players call to telephone number 1808 about this problem, and they answered them that their contract is finished between them and Imperial Hero. And what to do now? this players pay real money and get 0.......
