I will contact the office to see what happen... I believe the longer duration of punishment for insults is forever...but since it's only your second time this should be less from 7days.

Well I got the answer from the office!

First punishment is 24 hours.
Second - 168 hours.
Third - 1 year.

Those are the rules. And you had 2 punishments already... So the third is for a year....
According to records your strikes are:
Strike 1: 2010-12-14 15:38:31
Strike 2: 2011-01-13 16:37:31
Strike 3: 2012-03-05 13:21:37

Seriously after the strike 3 the penalty remains the same... 1 year!
