horrible lag

Hi, nic is jerk, beta, i cannot craft.  i have incredible lag and the crafting menus do not open.  i am having this problem only with ih, thus i believe there is some sort of issue here.

am i the only one experiencing this lag?

about 1,5h i had no problem but now i cant open tier to chose recipe. menu opening after 1-2 minutes
