Crafting - Critical multiplier not applied

I've been noticing that one several occasions, I would apply my maximum multiplier (for me, it's 12%) and then run the crafting. When the crafting is complete, the after-crafting summary shows that only the base 8% was used. Why would this happen?
Is it a known bug or is there something that I am not doing correctly?

Yes, I have asked a few times already since many people have noticed that - the system applies the correct chance to craft a rare item when you click craft, after you log out it might show you a lower chance but it is only a visual problem.

Thank you for confirming this...

Along the same lines, I am not seeing the Crafting Package increase of 10% added to my chances. Like mentioned earlier, my base is 8% and 12% after the crafting tool. Should I not see 18 and 22% since I have had the Crafting Package applied for the past couple weeks (and it doesn't expire for another few days)...?

cause this is applied for chance which you have, this means if you have 12% then package increase it by 1,20%

You're saying that I'm paying 25 diamonds every two weeks for a measly 1.2% increase?
