Why are some items that dropped bound to me even if they are never worn?? 
Is this intended or a bug???

Items dropped in a multi-level dungeon are automatically bound to your hero.......

As far as I am aware, it has always been this way and this is the way it is intended to work....

Yup it answers my question even if it isn't the one I wanted to hear :)
