hi, I can understand why is not possible sell bound items. but definitely cant understand why I cant put my "old" stuff to my mercenary.

The item that is bound to you it will not be used from no one else, even your merc is not you. Also you can not use the same equipment at two mercs even if there name is the same. If you have not rename your merc then all of them will named merc and this may be confusing with bound items...
And the reason this is happen is the same with the reason you cannot sell the items...crafters need profit.

I said, I understand why I cant sell it. for crafters. but I think merc should be exception.

I agree. Equipment that is used on a merc should be usable by any mercs under your command. If I bought the equipment for them, I should be able to determine who uses it at anytime, and move that equipment from one merc to another, after all, they are under my command and I bought the stuff.
