Story line quests are different than normal quests in tavern. They dont change with time, like normal quests, but only when you complete it. Some story line quests have prerequisites. Some of them unlock multistage dungeons. Every province have own story line and own quests for it. This mean, when you have completed 5 quests in story line in Farolin, in Haroda province you have to start from step 1 story line.
In this moment story lines are implemented in: Hope Village, Haroda, Farolin Grounds and Sonoria and Barrens Rock province.
