merceneries and bonuses?

i have a question, and please can the PROGRAMMERS answer?

when having mercenaries, how do bonuses work regarding gaining items and gold?
does it work comulative, or how?
when i fight mobs, i rarely get items so that is why i ask

Rumor has it, bonusses from the rings, equipped on all mercs and the hero himself, stack together. The maximum bonus however cannot exceed 200% for gold and 100% for items drop.

how much maximum bonus is for gold and how much for items?
i didnt find that info anywhere,
