you can try it out yourself at home, just put some water on fire and you will see it will slowly disappear.
The same with the river, it got smaller and smaller until only some earth was left behind.

yes, but this map is created with few parts and river is one of them. its like puzzles and one time this one puzzle does not load in time with others
