When can we specialize mercs?

This change was announced on the 13. Nov. and I still can't equip my tier 2 ranger mercs with medium armory.

I understand that a lot of work is still needed, but this being announced it should be a priority, no?

Mercs tier 2 are without specialization. All kind of mercs. If you check the available ones in the tavern you'll see that they are warriors, archers and mystics. You can hire Guardians, Shadow Stalkers etc mercs from tier 3 and tier 4 taverns.

You mean this one:  7.All the mercenaries from Tier 2 and up will now have specializations.
This issue has been raised several times in bulgarian forum. The answer was that merc tier 2 are without specialization and will stay without it in the future.
