ı cant join my friend's guild because it says me "You are allowed to change guilds 5 times." This is absolutely nonsense, how am ı supposed to do join new guild ?

The previous answers are correct. You can start as many guilds you want...
If you have read previous topics here at forum, you had avoid this problem...
The only solution is your friends abandon their current guild and join yours...but they must not have already use their 5 times guild changing... :(
