hi, i bought an armorsmith' s hammer that 30% plus the possibility of creating a rare object:
30\100= 3\10= 1\3,3 period = 1\3, so the creation should be a rare once of three times, but I made 6 creations that were all normal

is this normal?

Yes. It depends on luck. You can make 6 normal creations and then 6 rare creations. It is not fixed.
