Mercenaries and potions

Hello, i have a problem with my mercenaries, they was unable to use potions, I use it, but potion does not
take effects, just returns to my inventory.

Someone can help ?

Yes, the problem has been reported, it occurred after the prophylactics. I hope it will be fixed on Monday.

According to our programmers, such problem 1) hasn't been reported and 2) it doesn't exist.
Your mercs was alive for sure ? and also, are you sure they already didn't have a potion on them.?
Sometimes, because of lag, after a performed battle( using your mercs in your case), you don't see the potion, so you have to fight one more time, in order to put a new one.
Imo, if you put a potion for 5 battles, count them, if you can't use a new potion after these 5 battles, then we certainly have a prob. Although, I tested it, and it was ok..

Yes it seems fine, but it is not...I just tested once more...Here is the issue...
When you put a potion at use for a merc it seems like he have the benefits, but when you change merc, or screen you see the potion you used at your inventory and the merc hasn't anymore the benefits...
I am sure that the potion was same category as my merc and he was alive and eager to perform some kills...
Plz test again...you can check my account, second inventory are the potions you can use...

Also other members have this problem, perhaps only in italian server. I just tried and it does not work.
Potions have no effects on mercs, and turn to inventory. See below :

1. Mercs alive at town :



2. Give potions to mercs and NO EFFECT !!! ( see for example life points )



After this potion come back to inventory ! I think that problem EXIST !!!

Well, you CAN put the potion on the merc, the problem is that after your refresh it comes back to your bag. It happened to everyone who tried, so I dont think its an issue with a single account.

i am now tier 5, where can i hier mercs tier 5? or how can i upgrade the old ones to tier 5?

If you find somewhere a tier 5 shop you will be able, but since the game have not release the tier 5 provinces i do not think this is possible...
Simple you have to wait.... :'(

It has released a tier 5 province :) Simply no tier 5 mercs yet  *UNDECIDED*

Caxo and Robusta are working on that issue..Right now they can't do anything, coz there's other stuff on the way which is with higher priority. :3
