I encounter a sapphire , look , i'm collecting topaz and say bonus resource 1 sapphire ... ?? It is the only way to get sapphires?

No, you can buy them, receive them as a loot or take them from other alliance members. :D

If the question is : Is this the only way to mine for sapphire the answer is YES.

Much thanks , but before i never find sapphires , i'm tier 1 ... now i'm premium and find 1 xaxa :)
