PROVINCIA DE FALAR Y ALBOREDO OSCURO

hola a todos
                   he intentado pero no puedo ir ni a falar (desde grunar)  ni tampoco a alboredo oscuro (desde seemila)
                   Soy nivel 32 es una falla del juego o necesito algun nivel mas para poder entrar a esas provincias

es porque como son provincias nuevas todavia no estan habilitadas para nadie
