gem crafting over 500CP

I have 501 CP in tier 3. why I dont see craft 5x chance? or what is the bonus?

Jeweler - 501-600 CP your crafting mastery increases with 2%. When you reach 600 CP, it increases with 2% more.
Meaning - at 501 you already have + 2% critical hit chance while crafting gems.

is it 2% to existing bonus? it mean 2% to 17% bonus - its nothing...
