I have tryed to delete the items I dont need ( like things I cant either sell or use in anyway), but I simply can't figure out how to delete them. My inventory is starting to get full of crap, so if anyone knowes, please let me know :-)

Enter a shop (whatever it sells) and drag&drop the items you don't want to the shop's "inventory"- this way you sell them. You can also try and auction the stuff you do not need- it can be more profitable than selling them at shops.
