About Players high tier in lower tier dungeons!!!

I dont understand !!! Then i was in tier 3 i saw Herous lvl 32+ in tiers 3 Dungeons !!! but now i am right now at tier 4 !!! But i cant go to 3rd tiers dungeons..... Why? ??? (sorry for my english :D)

I am tier 5 and just test it. You can go at tier 1-2-3-4 dungeons. BUT you can't go at multi-stage dungeons at lower tier than yours, except if you have storyline quest to go there. And you can't attack players from lower tiers at those dungeons.
If you really have problem visiting lower tier dungeons (and wasn't multi-stage) post again and i will move the topic to bugs.

SOrry !!! You were right !! I just can't go ti Multi_stage dungeons !!! To all other dungeons i can go without problem !!! Thx for fast answer!!! With respect for all Moderators and GameMaster of IH !!! Close Topic  :)
