our bonus is not suddenly applied to me (and probably to other members from our guild too).

Who are you? (acc name)
Which guild are you speaking about and where is the HQ?
Which bonus exactly is not applied to you and how did you find the bug (what is the reason to think it is not working properly)? Be as specific as possible.

Eventhough answering these questions doesn't mean I will not use my magic 8-ball to find the answers myself (and then steal your soul), it will save the support team quite a lot of time to pinpoint the problem and solve it.
