I believe it doesnt show your "country flag" in the game, simply the flag of the "language" in which you play. Almost all of us are English but none is from England, we just play the game in that language

I guess the reason is so they can easier filter message by language when its needed. For example to check insultive messages easier.

I dont know why  :-\  Maybe only way for flags to appear is based on language selection for now.

Or hopefully so that other players can see you are not using their language and stop sending you spamming messages in a language you dont understand

That would be good also. because every day i am explaining a lot of people that i dont speak bulgarian, polish, spanish, portugese, svahili...
