hello,can you  help me? I hired six mercenaries ... of them only two i can use . how can i delete my mercenaries and hire other mercenaries  sorry for my bad  english

The first you must do is to undress the merc(s) you want to dismiss. Remove all of their equipment and then press the big red button located at the lower right corner of their equipment menu. (It's at the same place were the crafting tool should be if they were heroes).

Keep in mind that although you can have up to 6, you can only use as many as your Mercenary Captain's level.
