Isnt the game/server reseted once in a while to give opurtunities to the newest players??

If yes when is next reset? if you cant say when state a data is it going to be in the next 3 months?

You can register at any time in the game, you dont need a reset for that. This game started only about 2 months ago so there wont be a reset for quite a long time.
