Broken recipe

 First time this problem I reported here : http://forum.imperialhero.org/int/index.php?topic=13148.0
 I know hammers I personally crafted will not be solved any way ( 180 ferrovanadium ingots lost for nothing ), but I think this problem should be solved to not damage other players.
Problematic recipe is Devastating Heavy War Hammer - Tier6, lvl58 , which has not implemented durability, so all hammers crafted from this recipe has durability 0 FOREVER. During last days I got another 2 such recipes ....

Sorry my words was not clear. I get 2 recipes from same kind - Devastating Heavy War Hammer and problem is still present.
