Stonecutter min/max quantity N jewller kit duranility

Might sound a bit stupid but, in every province I look I see quantity for digging resources is 1-1... is there a way to increase the quantity?
also, when using a jewller kit, and I process 5 stones into gems (1AP for processing 5 stones), do I loose durability for every stone or for every AP?

  Crafting points per Tier   Tier 1   332/400
                                    Tier 2   600/600
                                    Tier 3   600/600
                                    Tier 4   600/600
                                    Tier 5   600/600
                                    Tier 6   600/600

   Digging quantity everytime and everywhere Min/Max 1-1.

so for secondary profession on tier 1 max is 400 and for tiers 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 max is 600 cp but when u are miner it's hard to have 600cp almost impossible i have max cp in primary profession but on miner i can have 400 max it's hard to find ore but i don't care i will buy ingots

I do not know if in Tier1 is in secondary profesion max 400CP, because I do not reach 400. Maybe if I reach 400, it will change to 400/500 as for other Tiers.

As for miner it is not so hard to reach 600/600 especially in Tier4 ( ingots are needed also for making T6 ingots ) and Tier5 ( ingots probably  will be needed for future T7 ingots ), I found most hard to reach 600/600 for woodcutter and also not needed, because demand for wood is only from weaponer and extremely little from armorer, but ingots are needed in large quantities from all crafters - armorers, weaponers and also jewellers.

Of course you can buy ingots , but my investigation  makes evident that in almost all times is financial better to dig as buy only. Just now market is little unbalanced because many players are waiting for T7 ( including many miners ) and because nothing to do - they dig and dig ..... and dig .... and dig ... ... so prices for ingots are just now extremely low.

yes but for obsidian and i don't know pearls they give 7cp if u craft 1 more but i'm miner and they give me 1cp for 1 extra ingot and that's why i can't reach 600cp our seat give +12% so i have 14% or 16% for x2 because tools doesn't give me nothing but i didn't know that crafting suit give me bonus thanks for information

I have another question(s) and i thought its a pitty to open a new thread.... (looked in the forum but found no answer so far)

1. While digging for resources does a rare/legendary jewller tool add to the chances of extracting resources?
2. Does the Diligence increase only the Drop Chance or also the extraction chance?
