1. On Thursday, June 2nd, 2011, a major skills rebalance will be performed in IH. New skills will be added, too.

3. A new skill, called “City Guards Commander” will be deployed. Each level of this skill will allow one City Guards Group to be assigned to a hero, without him having to have a Castle Commander rank. The hero can be a City Guard Commander only in one particular Castle. Assigning a City Guards Group can be done by the Guild Leader, First Officer and Castle Commander.
