why merc have lower level experience than human hero needed to gain next level? i need 12843 to reach level 21 and he need 12312 to reach level 26 8)

next question about merc. why he cant wear armour when i can wear it? we are same class (ranger) and for him is message "the armour is not your class" 8)

his strength is 50, my 14

and another question about mercs. did they health is counted like hero or they have own native? warrior have 50 health more and mystic have 10 health more than hero with same vitality 8)
