is it me?
« on: June 04, 2011, 02:55:38 PM »
My character cannot add any of the new skills when he went up a level. There is also suppose to be a one time readjust of skills. I am only 14th level so I thought perhaps those new skills might just be for tier 3 or above.

Thanks for any help.

it's logic, the skills for a certain class can be used only from lvl 15 on

OK, thanks. You don't have to be rude. Because it isn't Logical to make different skills only accessible at certain levels just because you decided to do so.

I think if this is how you treat the people who play your game. I will stop playing thank you very much.

Arrogant Admin.

1. as you can see, the abilities are only for a specific class, (dark prism only for dark mystic) so, if you are only a mystic, and at lv 15 you have to choose a spacialization, giving the possibility to add points to that ability hasn't sense, because you could choose to become a light mystic and using abilities that are only for a dark mystic...
2. i'm not an admin and i'm not arrogant, for a simple reason: you can choose a specialization only after the 15th lvl and if an ability is "for a specific class", it's logic that you can use the ability only after the 15th lvl!
3. in which part of my sentence was i rude?

kmhome,

skill are accessible in two ways.
1st is when you reach lvl 15 - then you select your specialization. since every specialization has different skills it makes no logic to allow you to randomly select any skill (skills are balanced per hero type).
2nd, you cannot max all new skills, some skills require you to reach a certain lvl (20/30/40...), this is because some skills if maxed in early stages of the game, can extremely benefit with compare to other (for example, having 5 mercs in lvl15, will make it too easy, so it is limited atm to 3 in early stages).

its all about balancing the heroes and the game difficulties, along different tiers.
As you will move through the different tiers, you (as did I), will learn and understand more and more on how it is all balanced.
