I know the highest % of blocking is 75% and every 10 point of strength reduce blocking of enemy by 1%. If all your shield and weapons blocking is for example 101% (70% from shield and 31% from sword) are the % reduce from the strength from 75% or from the 101%. Example, my blocking is 101% and my enemy strength is 120. His reducing point on my blocking is 12% (120/10). Are my blocking % now 63% (75%-12%) or still 75% (101%-12%=89%, 75% IS MAX)
