hiring castle guards

I am able to hire guards in falar but not in Dark tree province... why is that?
also guards I hire in falar as guards just disappear, how can we get guards? quick answer would be appreciated... :)

upgrade from alliance HQ  the mercenary HQ if u have build that u will find them there ...

It is upgraded to level2, for a long time.... bug still exists, I am only able to hire mercs in falar... (*update not anymore)

also 2 guards hired in falar traveled to Dark tree province and just disappeared (lots of diamonds to find them :()
