hi i have in my aliance 3 players: gigibecali, lizuca, pac-man13 ...thay can not see crafting,battle, challenge etc in their profile. can you help they?pls ty...realm 2 aliance yamyam

I have noticed the same issue while using chrome... have they tried firefox? solved the problem for me

Can you see these features in their profiles? Do they have the same problem while viewing any other profile?

If both answers are yes, they've got a local problem. Since they tried many browsers, it's probably not a cache problem (although hitting Ctrl + F5 while ingame never hurt anyone). I'd advice they uninstall their flash player and reinstall it from here. If any of the answers is no, please tell so we can try to get someone to look into it.

I uninstalled and installed this flash player i tried ctrl+f5 ingame ...still not working i have all 3 codes from the 3 accounts i tried whit my computer .... still not working...pls help us

The issue had been reported from the first post! We were waiting for the programmers to fix it.
A word of advice, if you have access to other player's account and a security issue occurs like missing items or diamonds the IH team cannot and will not act!!! Happen before and a guild was disbanded!!!
